We have selected this unique and tranquil venue on the beautiful Greek island of Kefalonia in order to create an exceptional yoga experience for you. The purpose of this retreat is to rejuvenate and rebalance the body and mind from accumulated stress which is the result of a busy modern lifestyle. These busy patterns disconnect us from experiencing our essential nature, which is inner peace and happiness. We have selected this special place for you to channel the energy towards rebalancing and relaxation. A space which helps take you away from your daily commitments and immerses you into a conscious, mindful state allowing you to feel your balanced self once more.
Each day will be made up of morning vinyasa, followed by freshly prepared brunch using locally sourced, organic produce. Yin and restorative yoga in the afternoon will be followed by Mediterranean style dinner. There will also be a dedicated workshop taking place during the week.
There will be free time to allow you time to explore the stunning villa grounds with organic vegetable gardens and fruit tree groves. Take the short walk down to the local beach with crystal clear waters or simply soak up the sun by the villas luxury swimming pool, located discreetly and harmoniously between two rows of olive trees. The villa offers spectacular views of the Ionian sea. Simply savouring these surroundings is meditation in itself. This Greece retreat is designed to allow you to fully relax with friends or partners, or simply take the time to be by yourself.
What You Can Expect
Yoga
This retreat is suitable for all levels. Classes are designed in a supportive environment for those who are looking to learn or return to the foundations of yoga postures, alignment, breathing, and technique. It will be a mixture of beginner's as well as mixed leveled vinyasa flow, Hatha, and Yin / Restorative. The daily practice will help you to feel grounded, centred and rejuvenated.
Pranayama (Breathing Exercise)
In the medical community, there is a growing appreciation for the positive impact that deep breathing can have on the physiology, both in the mind and the body. Both Pranayama and meditation helps reduce anxiety and depression, lower/stabilise blood pressure, decrease feelings of stress and overwhelm, improve immunity.
Connecting To The Self And Nature
There will be scheduled free time for you to simply indulge in this lush land of nature and enjoy the stunning scenery, or take one of our optional guided hikes. There are many reported benefits of spending time in nature which helps release stress, improve the immune system, promote sleep and relaxation and spiritually cleanse your aura.
Singling Bowl Meditation & Yoga Nidra
Deep breathing, Pranayama, meditation, and Yoga Nidra offer significant benefits in the medical field by reducing anxiety and depression, stabilizing blood pressure, alleviating stress, and enhancing immunity. Yoga Nidra, with its unique body scan and breath awareness stages, provides deep rest and relaxation beyond conventional meditation. When combined with singing bowl meditation, it promotes profound cellular-level relaxation for improved overall health.
Plant Based Meals
Freshly prepared, locally sourced mainly organic vegetarian food using quality produce prepared by an experienced chef from Kefalonia. We can accommodate special dietary requirements, please state this at the time of booking.
Olive Press Tour
On the last day take a tour to a local olive press where you can learn about local, unique Kefalonian olive oil making. Enjoy immersing yourself with the local culture.

Villa Rooms
Our villa is a luxurious seaside retreat offering two elegant villas that combine contemporary comfort with traditional Kefalonian charm. Each villa features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The interiors are bright and spacious, with open-plan living areas, fully equipped kitchens, and large windows that frame panoramic views of the Ionian Sea. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation, the villas open onto expansive terraces and lounging areas, where guests can enjoy the gentle sea breeze and the mesmerising sunsets over Ai Helis Beach. With private swimming pools and serene garden surroundings, the villas provide a perfect setting for a retreat.

The Guest House offers a more relaxed experience. It comprises two stylish studio apartments. Every studio features a comfortable sleeping area, ensuite bathroom, and fully equipped kitchenette, providing a cozy yet refined space for a self-contained stay. Guests can unwind on private terraces overlooking the lush gardens, enjoy easy access to the estate’s shared outdoor spaces, and take a leisurely stroll down the private path to Ai Helis Beach, just moments away.

The Shared Bunk Room in the main villa offers a comfortable and affordable accommodation option without compromising on style or quality. Thoughtfully designed for retreat guests seeking a more budget-friendly stay, the room features two sturdy bunk beds, accommodating up to four guests. Large windows fill the space with natural light and offer a glimpse of the surrounding gardens, enhancing the sense of calm and connection to nature. Perfect for solo travelers. The Shared Bunk Room provides a practical, sociable, and restful retreat experience.

How To Get There
Kefalonia Airport
Kefalonia is a stunning Ionian island that is easily accessible by both air and sea. Kefalonia Airport (EFL) is located just outside Argostoli and is well connected, especially during the summer months:

Direct flights are available from many UK and major European airports (especially the UK, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, etc.).

If you're traveling from outside Europe, it's often easiest to fly into Athens International Airport (ATH). From Athens, you can either:

Take a short domestic flight (about 1 hour) to Kefalonia.

Or choose to travel by ferry.

Journey From Argostoli to The Retreat
Once you land at Argostoli Airport, our retreat is just a 5 minute drive away. Taxis are readily available at the airport, or feel free to contact us to help coordinate your taxi journey with other participants. By taxi, the cost is roughly €15-20 one way from the airport.
