For a decade, I've immersed myself in the profound practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow, blending ancient Eastern wisdom, Traditional Chinese Medicine, yogic philosophy, and mindfulness meditation to create a holistic approach to well-being.

In the classes, I cultivate a space where practitioners can shed their protective layers and connect with their true selves. Each session becomes a sacred inquiry, an exploration guided by dedication, meditative awareness, and the harmonious integration of body, breath, and movement.

Our yoga teacher training is a holistic journey of self-discovery, blending traditional practices like Ashtanga-based vinyasa and Hatha yoga with Ayurvedic insights, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Meditation, and Chakra theory. MINDFUL FLOW YOGA CLASSES
Controlled Concentration
This yoga basic class is designed in a supportive environment for those who are looking to learn or return to the foundations of yoga postures (asanas), alignment, breathing, and technique. While we explore the body and mind, ancient eastern medicine theory is applied to understand the fundamental key element for wellbeing. No yoga experience is necessary. Join us every Tuesday for the perfect way to rejuvenate your body and mind.

YIN YOGA CLASS
Rebalance & Revitalising
Yin yoga is relatively slow paced, mainly floor based and often stationary. There is a sense of softness, and staying in long-held poses increases our capacity for emotional flexibility and resiliency. In the physical facet, the postures are held for a long time to mainly target the connective tissues in a Yin yoga practise. The practice in general helps release tension and improve relaxation. While we explore the body and mind, we apply ancient eastern medicine theory to understand the fundamental key element for wellbeing. No yoga experience is necessary.

PRIVATE YOGA SESSION
Personalised Yoga Experience
Private yoga classes are available with Joy , which can be held at your home or in the studio. The class is tailored to your individual needs and if requested an individual plan can be produced for you to follow in your own time.
Private group sessions are also available, such as hen parties or company staff sessions. Classes are available in Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch area. Please message for the quote.

This was a free yoga project based in Christchurch where we aimed to engage with the local community and inspire people to come along and try yoga out in a friendly, zero pressure environment. The first year was a great success and we are already looking at plans for this year. We hope to see you in Christchurch from May 2024!
Stress relief / Revitalising / Improved well-being
Book a 3 hour nourishing workshop for your employees. This designed program is to help your employees release stress, achieve relaxation and finally nourish and rejuvenate their body and mind system with yoga nidra, aromatherapy and singing bowl meditation. In overall, it improves their mental and physical well-being and increases productivity. The whole practice is designed in a supportive environment to suit all levels and intended to make you feel grounded, centred and rejuvenated.

How can I prepare for the training course?Prior to a training course, we recommend familiarising yourself with basic yoga practices including reading some recommended books and setting up daily practice routine can be helpful.

What are the minimum requirements to join the training course?A minimum of one year of regular yoga practice is recommended to ensure you have a foundational familiarity in yoga and are prepared to deepen your knowledge and skills.
