Hen Party Yoga & Retreat

Online Yoga Classes

I am offering some virtual classes to hope to help bring more inner peace and improve the physical and mental well-being to all during this difficult period of time.


We meet twice a week online on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Each session starts with a short mindfulness meditation, and followed by one hour dynamic flow yoga movement, and finished with a 15 mins restorative session. I will guide you through different techniques to cultivate our meditative awareness with an inward drawn attention to help rejuvenate our vitality, release tension and embrace our authentic nature.  


The class is going to give you a dose of at home wellness to nourish your body, mind and soul.
