Strength & Flexibility


Vinyasa flow is a practice that connects the postures or asanas through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect. Vinyasa flow yoga course at Joy Yoga and Wellness attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

Every Thursday 6.30-8.00pm & 8.15-9.30pm at Shiva Shakti ( Southbourne Area) 

£7/ class or £30 for 5 classes (use within 2 months)
