MINDFUL YOGA COURSE

Mindful flow is a calming, stress-relieving class that helps stretch and strengthen the body. The emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. Postures or asanas are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. Join us every Friday for the perfect way to start your weekend.
