YOGA BASIC COURSE
This yoga basic class is designed in a supportive environment for those who are looking to learn or return to the foundations of yoga postures (asanas), alignment, breathing, and technique. No yoga experience is necessary. Join us every Friday for the perfect way to rejuvenate your body and mind.

£7/ class or £30 for 5 classes (use within 2 months)
